I am in Austin, Texas at an AOPA Flight Instructor Refresher Clinic (FIRC). This time I drove rather than flew from the Houston area. The content is varied, interesting and well presented.
Next week I will be flying out of Houston, Sugarland to keep my hand in with flying light aircraft. I have completed my renters check for C172 and C182. I really want to do more tailwheel on this trip but so far it has been hard to get bookings to complete a checkout.
