My second Prusa i3Mk3S (Prusa B) had a couple of interesting restricted movement issues. Both the E-Axis and the Y-Axis needed diagnosis and treatment in the last few months. I found solutions for both ailments.

I could not find code that I liked for timing how long we hold a button attached to a pi. I rolled my own. Probably not the fastest, or most elegant, but hopefully simple and useful.

I found this annoying message in my Raspberry Pi /var/log/messages:
